- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
4. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. The 7-day money-back guarantee only applies to the initial purchase. If you wish to avoid being charged for a renewal:
- Cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account dashboard
- You will retain access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for partial months
5. Upgrade and Downgrade Policy
Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan mid-billing cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. The new plan takes effect immediately.
Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the difference between plans.
