1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Statrixo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Statrixo's services for personal or commercial use subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not modify or copy the materials or software
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Statrixo
• You must not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• You must not transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Statrixo provides a platform for converting PDF bank statements into structured data formats including CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, and OFX. The service uses OCR and AI technology to extract transaction data from uploaded documents.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Statrixo offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations:

• Beginner Plan: $10/month - 500 pages/month, CSV & Excel export, basic OCR
• Pro Plan: $19/month - 1000 pages/month, multiple formats, advanced OCR
• Legend Plan: $60/month - 4000 pages/month, all formats, priority support

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan has monthly page processing limits. Unused pages do not roll over to the next month. If you exceed your plan's limit, you will need to upgrade your plan or wait until the next billing cycle.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in data extraction, Statrixo does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users are responsible for verifying the extracted data before using it for any critical purpose. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the extracted data.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Statrixo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to:

• Upload documents that you do not have the right to process
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to process documents belonging to others without permission

9. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Statrixo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Statrixo, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

12. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
